"Jim" just finished with my annual furnace check-up and cleaning. He got here at 8:00 on the dot, and was extremely patient with my noisy dog! Also, Jim is a big, tall man, and my furnace is down in a crawl space. Jim did not complain once, even though he had to crawl down & up from the crawlspace several times! I found Jim to be the perfect combination of friendliness & professionalism, which results in a painless and successful service call.
Thanks for sending Jim out 1st thing on this snowy, foggy Monday morning. I hope the rest of the week goes this smoothly!
