I'm sad to say that the 2012 Ford Focus we bought from Pundmann will be the last car we buy from them, and possibly the last Ford product we buy ever. A defect in the moonroof caused the glass to shatter, and they are refusing to replace it. The run around we are being put through has completely turned me off of Pundmann and Ford Motors.\r

If Pundmann Ford and Ford Motors refuse to stand behind their products, I will no longer put my money in their pockets.
