Review content:
We hired PSL Moving and Storage to do a local move for us from a storage facility to a new home. One of their contracted "helpers" was supposed to show up on a Sunday at 8:00 am to do the move. He never showed up, which wasn’t a real surprise since he called numerous times the day before trying to reschedule the time. When we called the owner of the company, Linda Sneed, and advised her of the situation, she assured us she would have her company take care of it ASAP. At 10:15, her 'assistant manager' Jerry showed up with another helper. Apparently, they didn’t check the delivery truck as it was full of dirt, garbage and filthy mattresses and box springs.\r
After waiting 30 minutes for them to 'clean it out', they finally got to work. I've seen elderly patients in a nursing home move with more vigor than they did. After three hours on a job that took us 2 prior to this, they were supposed to deliver our belongings to our new home. \r
