Had a sewer back up into the basement at 3:30 in the afternoon; we called Roto-Rooter and they made it to the house by 5:30 that afternoon. Jeremy was courteous and efficient. He recommended I get a water scrub done after seeing the amount of roots he pulled out to get the drain to run free. No high pressure just a recommendation and he went on his way. \r
Drain was running free hours after I called, great job.\r
I decided to get the water scrub done even though it is a rather expensive job and was I ever happy I did. I called at 10:30 AM and the tech Pat showed up in two hours. I stood by his shoulder and watched the video monitor to see what he went thru to get the drain cleaned out. What a mess of tree roots he cleaned out, There was a full 30 plus feet of roots at every pipe joint; some were almost totally clogging the drain. \r
Had I not gotten the water scrub I would be paying for another clean out every couple months and possibly a total drain replacement. \r
I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.
