certainty one place you do not want to bring your vehicle. After paying them over $500 for oil change and 2 sensors replaced, I got into my car to find over 100 miles on it and no gas. (I actually took a picture of my mileage when I dropped it off) I went back in and confronted the man at the front desk and he responded with really? (He went that far?, there is no gas?) Told him to have Carl Phillips (owner/manager not sure) contact me and discuss how we will be handling this to make it right. No call from Mr. Phillips so I called them. Spoke to man at front desk and he said he spoke with Mr. Phillips. Asked why my car was driven over 100 miles. He said “ he was road testing it, he does it for all his customers:” Now to be fair he was trying to see if the check engine light came on. But I never once gave him authorization to drive my car 100 miles for hours. When I asked where he went with the car the answer I got was, “probably around town doing his errands” You have to be kidding me, not only did he drive 100 miles, he used my gas to do his errands for hours! I was also told that I wouldn’t be getting a call from Mr. Phillips. Do not trust them, I am now questioning what exactly was done to my car and how much I was over charged. Let me know remind you, “He does this for all his customers”
