This place is a total rip off. They take your 50.00 app. fee and neglect to tell you in advance that if one adult gets rejected, all get rejected. I paid 50.00 app. fee and called office multiple times no answer no callbacks ever after leaving numerous voicemails. They day we walked into their office the receptionist was extremely rude , rolled her eyes at us at one point. I make good money and had references and rental history and proof of income etc. , but since they ran my fiance first she got rejected they automatically rejected me. I knew her income was too low to qualify to begin with but was counting on my app. to make up for that which apparantly they never gave a chance. I hope they are happy with their nice office and their well dressed staff while they are collecting who knows how many app. fees to compensate. bravo Birch I hope you can sleep at night with all the people you rip off.
