Review content:
I rented a climate controlled unit. Property is well-maintained. It was clean and the unit was cool in summer and warm in winter as appropriate; all items remained in good condition with no humidity problems to damage books and papers. Managers were always pleasant and professional (in fact, on one occasion, when we had a misunderstanding of terms (my error), and even though I could tell the manager was a bit tense --I think she was anticipating I was going to be unpleasant about the matter and I'm sure they deal with those kinds of stressed out and emotional clients often --she continued to smile and use a professional and appropriate tone). Property was well-lighted and there is an on-site presence which I appreciated for my safety when accessing after dark. I felt comfortable and safe loading and unloading alone at night. Would use again.
