Preface: \r I purposefully waited a whole year before putting this review together. I did this for a couple reasons. The first reason is I wanted a very clear view from hindsight. I wanted to make sure I wasn't reacting, but I was sure of my reasonings and intentions.\r The second reason is I thought it was fair to see how other property management services in Madison work so I was working with a reasonable reference point. That being said here is my experience with them:\r \r I moved to Madison in March of 04 (or 05, it's been a while) and I was subletting and starting a new lease as well. I paid for 3 months in advance. Great no problems. (incidentally this was before oakland "became" Oakland, as it was a different business at the time)\r \r In 2006 I decided to stay with them and moved to another one of their properties.
