From the time you walk in the door they get their money have you talk to the dr then hand you a list of tests to perform to maybe come up with and answer. they did not even weigh my cat or take her blood pressure. For all I know the dr didn't even listen to her breath (I brought her in for a bloody nose) I wouldn't know because they took my cat back and when we saw the doctor she was not with him. I never saw him touch her! The feeling my husband and I got was just sheer disgust! We saw no compassion in anyones eyes all you heard was ca ching ca ching. I love my cat, she's my baby (not he as they kept referring to her) we will be taking her to regular dr tomorrow. Total waste of time and money.
