My experience with the Roof Guys was not completely positive, but it turned out just fine in the end. After being on the waiting list for a month and a half, once Roof Guys got to me the actual roof replacement was fast. The clean up was nothing short of amazing. It was worth the wait and the company lived up to its rave reviews. \r

As a single female homeowner at the time, my roof replacement was a really big deal for me, it was my first huge out of pocket home expense and I wanted to do it right. Though several unexpected bumps in the process occured, through no fault of my own, in the end Brain was good on his word and he took care of everything and he was great about returning my calls despite the unfortunate circumstances that led to my phone calls. \r

From this experience I can only suggest that as with any major repair, it is sometimes best to pay suppliers directly and obtain a lean release. \r

Overall, Roof Guys is a stand up company and Brian delivered on his word, this is so important! I appreciate his customer service and would not hesitate to recommend Roof Guys to anyone!
