Review content:
I was so sad to read some of the reviews of this place because I suffered abuse from a Dr Steinmetz DDS in Appleton that was very similar to what has been described. He was my first dentist back in the early 80s, and my trauma was so terrible that to this day, I cry and become nauseous just sitting in a waiting room. He would hold me down, scream in my face, put his hands over my nose and mouth so I couldn't breathe, tell me that if I didn't stop crying he would either hit me over the head with a bottle of Brandy he kept in the cabinet or that he would make me drink it and tell my parents that I was a very bad girl. He would tell them that anyway, usually (that I was bad) and I would get yelled at from my patents. I don't honestly know if this is the same guy or his son, but the practices sound the same.
