If I could give this place zero stars I would. Let me start off by saying I had no idea who Albert Manzo was until after I met with him and went home and looked up reviews about him. I wanted to see if I was the only one who had a bad experience, but I was not. I went in for a tour to possibly have my wedding at The Brownstone. First thing we noticed was that there were FOUR parties going on at the same time and the music was SO loud. After we waited about 15 minutes to meet with Manzo he was nothing but rude and unprofessional. There were four other people in the office watching the football game on the TV. I thought this was SO rude. I have never met with a manager with anyone else in the room like that. Another thing he did not explain any of the packages at all. He just said this is what we have. HE did not even try to sell the place to us. My fiancé and I felt as if we were being judged the entire time we were sitting there. I felt so disrespected. WE have been to eight other ban
