We had a horrible experience with our previous pool at our old hose, so much in fact that I did not want to even think about putting in a pool. I met Keith (the owner) from a friend of a friend so I thought I would drop in and take a look. I was impressed with the professionalism of all the employees. We talked with Keith and got some rough quotes. They came out to our home to get an idea of what we were looking for. The drawings we got back were amazing. They looked like real photographs and captured exactly what we had in mind. I got some competitive quotes and they all reminded me of the company that built our old pool. They drawings were hand drawn and weren't even close to what we had asked for. \r
Premier pools got the job but I just kept thinking, OK be prepared for a big letdown. Never happened, tons of great communication throughout the whole project. Chris was our project manager and it seemed like he was always there even though there office was an hour away. They did almost all of the work themselves and I think only subbed out the concrete deck (JCL Concrete). Speaking of which I will put in a review for them later. They matched our previous stamped concrete exactly. I even paid them extra to do our driveway to our RV garage that we were building next to the pool. Back to the pool, I got calls from numerous people at premier letting us know what was happening next and what to expect. I am so pleased with the results and the pool looks great. My Wife loves it. Even the builder of our RV garage said he wished they had done his pool. Premier Pools is one that I would give 2 thumbs up to.\r
