I stayed here for 2 weeks, didn't get my room cleaned once. I went to the front desk to ask for new towels and they said they didn't have any because they didn't have any housekeepers so I literally had to wash my own towels, just so I could have some clean towels. I asked for some garbage bags as well and they didn't have any. I payed for a week, twice. And breakfast wasnt included for me because I was paying for a weekly rate. The staff were not friendly at all, were very rude and snobby. I am a super clean person so I had to clean my own room because I didn't get it cleaned by a housekeeper. I literally had to go ask them for a vacuum to clean my own room since they didn't do it for me. Overall it was completely ridiculous.
