Review content:
Please learn from my experience that this company should NOT be frequented. I purchased a Doughboy Pool from these untruthful folks and had a miserable experience. Chris, the salesman, said that the pool would be ready for the installer on two separate occasions. He lied. Neither time was the pool ready. My installer was worried that the pool was being pieced together from separate units and he was indeed correct. The company sold me a outdated model that had been hanging around for 4-5 years in deteriorating boxes without informing me that it was not a new model. Ronnie, the weekend manager, told us that we could have our money back and also offered us a rebate of 1,000 dollars. However, the owner of the company said that Ronnie was not a manager and did not have authority to make either offer. I was forced to accept the pool and my installer lost a day when the pool was not ready for pick up. After all was said and done, the skimmer which wasn't original to the pool did not include the basket and I had to buy one at Leslies. The pump did not last the summer and I had to replace the switch. The owner was clearly not concerned that I was unhappy and I made it clear that I abhorred his unethical business practices and the way he ran his company. Please do not give this company your business.
