Review content:
I've been going here for almost four months now and I have spent over a hundred dollars on products with this business. O street aquarium has lost me as a customer. Joe, the manager there completely threw away my business forever when he sold some fish from underneath me that I had made a down payment on. It would have not been that bad if he did not then completely treat me like a moron trying to convince me otherwise that the fish he had put in its place were mine and that her mate had jumped the tank. If it was not for the fact that I had everything documented and photographed l probably would not have gotten my deposit back. A six inch gold bar maroon does not look anything like a four inch white bar maroon...\r He could not give me a straight answer on what happened to my fish. Going on to say I took too long to pick them um. When in writing it stated I was to return for pickup the first week of January. January tenth (Saturday) I was there only to be disappointed by how I was treated. \r Do not trust these jackals for anything. Although I can't blame him for his advice on my aquarium, but under his guidance it crashed 3 times. \r They lost a lifetime customer\r I'm now driving an hour further to get some real knowledge and the respect I deserve as an American consumer. I'm much happier :)
