Review content:
Rucker Mechanical installed the heat and air system in our house. We have an old house, so we've called them for maintenance over the last ten years as needed.
Our most recent episode was that water started showing up in the carpet, and they came out directly. It wasn't any fault of theirs or ours. With the recent cold here, it was condensation from a pipe fitting that was part of the hot water tank that wasn't completely secure. They fixed it as always, and we haven't had any recurrences.
We've always had a positive experience with Rucker, which is why we continue to use them. Their mechanics have a high level of expertise. They explain things, and their charges are reasonable.
