Review content:
After initial difficulty getting a call back for a service request, an appointment was scheduled. CTE worked with me to schedule the earliest available time someone could be available. They did call the day ahead to narrow the window when the technician would arrive. The technician called before his arrival and arrived on time. He was prompt, courteous and efficient in identifying and resolving the problem. The technician explained his diagnosis and the repair. I was charged the minimum service charge and CTE has another happy customer.
