For all the TALK about being neat and professional, they didn't deliver. The two men I hired showed up late and billed me for the time anyway. One was good, the other hadn't showered in days, or groomed at all for that matter. He smelled so bad, my family couldn’t stand being near him. His clothes were filthy and disheveled, and he was outright lazy. He made the other guy do most of the work and never even apologized for dropping any of my property. He over loaded every hand cartload and stuff fell cause he wasn't paying attention to the "Leaning Tower of Piza" he kept creating. The job took twice as long as it should have. I called the office to complain and though he said it would happen, no refund/rebate was given. Also, they charge an hour for travel but bill your for their actual travel time on top of that as well. The bottom line was they showed up late, didn’t care for my property, looked and smelled ENTIRELY unprofessional, and the office never kept its word. I would have been better off hiring laborers at the unemployment office and renting a U-Haul truck. Despite the multiple times of hearing how great and professional a job they will do, they quite simply did the exact opposite.
