Randy Parrott is why I keep coming back. When I was going through school is was important that I saved money and took care of my vehicle and Randy always made sure I got any discounts coming to me and didn't try to talk me into spending money I didn't have too. Now that I've graduated, got a great job and I'm recently married, saving money is still important. I've had other people in the service department help me when Randy wasn't around and while the service was good it wasn't up to the standard of service I received from Randy. In short Randy had earned my trust and my loyalty to Sound Ford. My most recent visit was great and when I spent a $1000 I felt confident and good about the services I paid for.
