My wife and I have rented a property from Buffington Properties for 2 years. I would continue to rent from them but my job has me moving up north. Krista has always been wonderful to my wife and I. The only time I contacted her in the 2 years of renting was if there was a repair or issue with the unit. One time, in the middle of summer, our air conditioning went out. This happened on a Friday. Krista told me she would have someone out immediately as the temperature in the house was dreadful. Not only did the guy come out same day, but he came back on Saturday to fully rectify the issue. I never had an issue with Krista responding to emails or telephone calls; she always responded in a timely manner.\r

I would recommend Krista and Buffington Properties to any of my friends looking to rent in the greater Tampa Bay area.
