It would be 5 stars if the office man were nicer. I'm retired so money is tight-he gives me a hard time when
I want to drop off & pick up my rugs to avoid $35 del
fee. Tom Monahan, who does the cleaning is very nice and does an exceptional job. & is quite the opposite. He explains everything,is honest and pleasant so I go back. I avoid the guy by paying the $35-that's probably what he wants-too bad
I recommend them but warn them to try to ignore the
office man. It's expensive but if you have good rugs, it's worth it.
