My husband found this storage facility all the way from the East Coast. From the start the folks on the phone were courteous, friendly and helpful. He made all the arrangements from afar and everything was as it was said when we arrived. The facility is CLEAN! And we were able to use carts and hand trucks they made available at the storage unit without having to pay additional fees. The other nice feature is security. It doesn't feel like your things can easily be gotten into. I highly recommend Hillsboro West Self Storage!
