Review content:
The service people came out the same day even though I called late in the afternoon, and they had a unit they installed the same day. My only regret was that the installation does not look aesthetically plesasing. The new unit was about half the size of the old unit, so that did not make things easy. The new furnace keeps the house warmer and should have lower cost per month. Thiele helped with the available federal and Vectren energy efficiency credits as well. I would recommend them to a friend.
