Review content:
Made an appointment over a year ago. Was on my way to the appointment when the office called to let me know they had just discovered that morning that they had overbooked appointments and mine had to be cancelled. I had already made plans to ride with someone else and was driving in from a distance to keep an appointment I had remembered to keep yet Douglas Optometry has computers, office staff, and can easily keep track of patients appointment and WOULD not even try to honor the appointment they had given me. When I got to the office with the other person whose appointment was the office honored, I was still not allowed to be worked in at my given time although there was clearly allowance in the waiting room. I believe Morgan and the other staff need retraining in customer service and how to run an office. Morgan may cost Douglas Optometry to lose other patients as they lost two yesterday. I too work in a medical office and this kind of behavior would not be allowed in treatment of our patients.
