Not happy at all! Rented in October and since then have been hounded for payments, this is only the beginning of Feb and I already paid 6 times...they even called my house for payments! For the first month there was a broken gate, giving anyone access to the property, then they insisted you needed to buy a lock from them, and of course you need to purchase their insurance. Every time I go by their office, regardless of what time, it is closed, with a sign stating :"Will be back". In December, I went by my unit to put more things in and low and behold, roaches greeted me upon opening my storage unit. I threw the stuff in there, ran and cannot bring myself to go back there to get my things. Been trying to contact them since, each time there is a different employee claiming to be the manager, was told that the area manager would contact me, have been waiting for 2 month for his call now!!! Very unprofessional behavior from any company, it is more than obvious they care more about money but less about helping or keeping the property roach free :( Am NOT impressed
