We brought our dog in after making an appointment with Dr. Tomas Infernuso to do an operation we were told by an unscrupulous Long Island Veterinarian who was supposed to be a specialist! He was nothing more than a fraud and a crook without any ethics. \r Dr. Infernuso, after seeing effects that the tough time and terrible treatment was having on us was tremendously sympathetic. He checked our dog and told us there was no operation necessary. He recommended a neurologist in Yonkers, Dr. Joseph where we brought our pup the next day. Dr. Infernuso gave us a reduced bill for the examination even though no further work was to be done. While our pup was being treated first in Yonkers and then at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston Dr. Infernuso contacted us and offered to help us with the numerous blood tests that we required for our pup. We simply brought our pup in and either Dr. Infernuso or a vet technician would draw the necessary blood samples only charging us a minimum price. They were a tremendous help at a time that was very trying and emotionally draining for us. \r If you need surgery this is where you want to have it done. Your pet will receive the best of care from Dr. Infernuso and an very sympathetic staff. \r
