Bad experience. Got a phone quote for pumping the septic tank then the driver showed up and said it was $90 more due to excess sludge since the tank had not been pumped in 15 years. After he pumped the tank he admitted there was almost no sludge but he charged the extra fee anyway. His manager said tough, that's the price, the phone quote was wrong, very rude.
