This Team Rocks! I'm a new renter with Renttoday.us and this being our 2nd month into our contract and already had to contact Customer Service in regards to my situation and how I was not only unable to pay my rent on time I couldn't tell them a date that I would be able to come current with my rent, The staff was so understanding and patient they listened to my issue that I was dealing with due to my fathers disability check running late ( we are still waiting for it half way through the month) when I was done talking I was than asked to Contact Bianca in Collections Department to discuss my issue again I explained the current problem that we were facing again listened to all of what I had to say....Than without hesitation Bianca said " I understand these thngs happen from time to time, I will be emailing you and repayment plan and all I needed to do was keep in touch with her as things unfolded. Now this is when the staff really kicked in to high gear for me NOT ONCE did I get a phone call harassing me for the payment not even a email or an rude email, they were more concerned about my families comfort and made us feel as we mattered. Although we had not paid our rent they syill sent out repairs department to address all of our needs, meanwhile never making us feel as we are a burden they continue to stay in contact with me not to just get the money that is wed but to make sure we are ok.. this is by far the most awesome team you can have on your side with the economy these days its such a relief to me and my family that we don't have to worry about losng our home due to this issue for they still continue to work with us so if you want to feel that you are with family and home than this is the place for you ...Renttoday.us is a place I call home and talk with family as we do when we are in need of help.. So come Home and talk with renttoday.us for your new home and welcome to the family... Thank you Bianca in Collections and all the Customer Service including our owner & repair deprtment
