I have been using EON software for over 7 years now. The beauty of it is that it is easy to make it do what we want it to do. In EON’s billing software (The Practice Solution) you can pull a report and have the answer immediately, no problem at all. The speed of reports saves time. You can archive data and go back and easily access it again. It is a great management tool. EON’s Documentor allows me to modify notes and documentation according to my unique needs. I don’t know of anything else like it. If anything new comes along, we are on to it and we can continually improve on the software ourselves to be ahead of the game. The beauty of Documentor is that I can do the note in the patient room and by the time they get to the front desk, the note is done. The receipt or anything the patient wants will be waiting for them at the front desk. No log jams!"
