Review content:
Zero stars. Rude/incompetent, esp so-called co-owner, Eli who hung up on me. NEVER answer phone & ignore vmails, emails. Received defective product & had convo about replacing product. Sent it back. Left msgs to try & determine status. No response. After 2 weeks, they still hadn't been logged return. Eli blabbed away about how busy he was and said ""we're an online company"", ""I shouldn't even be picking up the phone"", ""you're giving me attitude"", ""it would be stupid for me to send you the same product back""---followed by ""I'm done with you!"" And then hung up on me. Everything on their list of promises is a lie. Crackerjack operation, and I'm definitely not the only one who thinks so. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
