Review content:
I brought my vehicle in because a warning light concerning my 4-wheel drive had come on. I was told they could check it in 45 mins and would charge me a $106 diagnostic fee. I was there for 2 hours when I was told I needed to replace the 4-wheel drive motor. They said that would take about 1 hr. 15 mins. So I said I would come back. When I came back, I was there for 2.5 hrs and finally asked about the car. Lo and behold...it was done and no one thought to advise me of that, even though I was sitting right in front of them. When I went to drive home, the same light came on. So I went right back in and discovered it needed yet another part for another $400.
I have been coming here since it opened and I'm generally pretty happy with the service but I think the front desk personnel need some serious re-training. Every time I look at them, they are watching the TV, which they can now see from the front desk. This was a bad move.
The car was eventually fixed but the initial cost estimate went from $800 to over $1100 and the time I spent there pretty much wasted an entire day because no one alerted me when the car was done, even though I told them I would wait for it.
