BEWARE!!!! CON-ARTISTS!!!! My 70 yr old mother was watching my children while I was out of town. During a snow storm, her car went in a ditch. She called AAA for service. They called J & T Crova Towing. The driver arrived and told her that her AAA plus card did not cover pulling out of a ditch and the only way that he could help her was if she paid $100. She explained that her coverage DID cover for extrication and he said NO it didn't and was going to leave her in a snow storm in a dangerous condition. Unfortunately instead of calling AAA to confirm, she paid the $100 out of pocket. He proceeded to complain the AAA only pays $26 for pulling cars out of ditches, so obviously it was covered, but my mother being upset and nervous didn't catch this... These people take advantage of people in scary positions!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
