Review content:
I'd really like to write a raving review for this place, because I think their concept is fantastic. However, somehow the end result leaves something to be desired. You get to customize every aspect of your burger, which I love. Prices start adding up when fancy toppings are applied. My beef is that some of the ingredients could be higher quality, and then the burger would be so much better. The burger needs better seasoning. The buns need to be more sturdy- they fall apart into slop when any wet toppings are present. It's a good meal here, but if you expect real greatness, you might be disappointed.
