Review content:
Between me and my grown kids, I've had several interactions with these folks. They have been consistently caring and knowledgeable every time. For my annual mammogram, I've come to expect that I will be greeted warmly, treated respectfully and that I my appointment will be timely. It has always been so.
Recently, my daughter was referred there later in the afternoon on a Friday for an emergency MRI (luckily, it turned out not to be an emergency and everything was fine). After the procedure was completed, we had to sit (and sit and sit) as we waited for her doctor to return the technician's call. It was well past their closing time before the doctor called, yet the remaining staff were consistently cheerful and reassuring. And this on a Friday night!
