Unfortunately, I am upset to say that we had a very terrible experience with The Social Firm. They were hired by us for a ""marketing campaign."" This was defined to create an online presence, which in turn creates brand awareness, which should equal a positive ROI. They failed greatly! Over a 9 month period we paid and were billed $15,000, yes I said $15,000, to generate $500 in revenue, yes I said $500 in revenue. It was a terrible relationship we us, Two Men & A Vacuum stressing are discomfort many times over. We went on to even beg for an ROI. As the owner, Matt, stated several times, that this would happen. Over and over they failed! I cannot begin to express the time and energy I spent with them trying to fix it; only to be out a lot of advertising budget and opportunities. I would highly recommend to not hire them for your marketing needs. You would be better off to pay an intern around $10 an hour to post Facebook and Twitter posts. (They are very good at that.) \r \r Just to add one last thing, Matt and his team prides themselves on being ""SEO Experts."" (if that even possible) Anyway, do me a favor.....Google----""cleaning in Columbus Ohio,"" and see where Two Men & A Vacuum comes up. This is after 9 months mind you. \r \r Thanks
