Review content:
This has been one of the worst experiences I have had in years. They broke a globe in my home. They did not reimburse the loss until I threatened to sue them multiple times. They stored my furniture only to charge me 20% more to re-deliver to the place they initially took possession. They insultingly refused to re-deliver the furniture unless I paid $400 cash in advance for the delivery.\r \r When the furniture was returned, they broke a leg on a couch. The repairman failed to appear on the scheduled date without prior notice to us. We waited more than ½ day for him to keep his appointment. He had to return twice to fix the broken leg. They obviously have no regard for our time.\r \r Before the furniture was returned to my home, I had added (new) furniture delivered to them for storage in the interim. They charged $598 to deliver the furniture to my NY office; a mere four pieces. Simply outrageous. When they returned the furniture to my office, they failed to deliver ½ the furniture. When they returned the next business day to deliver the remaining furniture the delivery persons snarled that it was not their obligation to unpack one chair and remove plastic from one sofa.\r \r I am amazed they are in business. \r \r David K. Fiveson\r
