Review content:
Don't do business with this company!!!!! They sent an dirty and disheveled man in an old sweatshirt to pick me up at the repair shop and take me to this location to rent the vehicle. He had no ID on (a t-shirt that said HERTZ would have been good) and there was nothing on the vehicle to even suggest that it was from Hertz. I asked for ID/name badge and he said he didn't have any. He seemed irritated and said, ""that's how we do it"". I explained that I wouldn't be getting in a car with him until he produced some ID. He searched around and finally pulled out an old Hertz badge from his wallet. REALLY???? You expect a woman to get into an unmarked car with a man who is dirty and doesn't have visible ID???? I then get to the SHIPPING CONTAINER in the back lot of an abandoned car dealership that is the rental office. It is dirty and sketchy looking and in a very bad part of town. I was afraid to stay and afraid to leave (remember, I have no car). I ask to speak to the manager and the kid (James Burkhardt) behind the counter replies that he is the only one there. Fine. May I have the contact info for the manager???? He repeatedly states that he is the only one there and wants to know what the problem is. After I explained to him what had happened, he replied that that is how they do it and that he can't do anything about it. He was rude and belligerent through the entire transaction. He finally gives me a business card for his manager, Jennifer Feingold...but, the only way to reach her was to call the shipping container! When I called Hertz (the main company number), I was told to call the location and speak to the manager or to write an email. I finally get the voicemail of a district manager and leave a message. You guessed it...no return call. This company clearly is not interested in customer service, customer satisfaction or customer safety. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
