Review content:
Our 4 wheel drive pick up broke down right outside of Deming and we were towed to the Interstate Transmission shop. Jesse Diaz stayed open until we could arrive and then explained in detail what he thought was needed. Over the next few days he worked to finalize the repair costs and needed services. In the meantime, I had to return to Austin and he kept the truck on his lot for many weeks until I could return to pick it up. His attention to detail was amazing, his customer services was remarkable and his costs were VERY reasonable.\r
The truck is working better than ever and made the trip back to Austin without a problem. Mr. Diaz even wanted to make sure that I got home and asked for me to call upon my return.\r
In this ""too busy"" world it was refreshing and reassuring to find a competent mechanic who also was friendly, honest and very reliable. Many thanks to Jesse and his entire shop crew!\r
