I had a second appointment/follow-up with Dr. Bushore today. I pulled into my parking space at 12:59pm, walked into the building and took the elevator to the third floor. I'm certain that I did not walk into the office any later than 1:02pm. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00pm. I went to check in and was told that I was late and needed to fill out paperwork which I'd done previously and arrived early for my first appointment in order to do so. I told them that if I'd known that I needed to fill out paperwork and arrive early, I would have done so. The person at the front desk told me that the paperwork doesn't take very long, as if to excuse the fact that I had not been notified by them that if was necessary and excuse the fact that they did not tell me to arrive early. I completed the paper work quickly and went to hand it in. She then told me that because I'd arrived at 1:03/1:04, they would have to see if they could fit me in once they were done with all of the patients who showed up on time. I told her that I arrived at 1:02pm and was not aware that they had such a strict time policy. I asked her to clarify about how they were going to handle ""fitting me"" in. She said that they'd help all of the patients who showed up on time first and that I could wait to see if I could get an appointment this afternoon or at the end of the day or tomorrow. That's when I said ""I'm out"" and left. I will never go back. For those people who think that this is a great place, have they ever kept you waiting for more than two minutes? If so, they might want to re-think their Nazi time policy.
