Review content:
The Bellagio Buffet is the best in Las Vegas, with truly good food and professional servers. But you'd better be prepared for the fact that everyone in Las Vegas (tourists and locals) KNOWS it's the best buffet and sometimes they all show up at once. Very long lines and a fairly chaotic serving area can sometimes detract from the fine buffet. If you are into buffets, this is the best, but go early or go late and bring your best gourmand appetite to get your money's worth. Wonderful desserts!
