DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY - I ORDERED AN ""EXCELLENT CONDITION, UNLOCKED"" PHONE. I RECEIVED A LOCKED PHONE. I PAID $10 TO A WEB COMPANY TO UNLOCK IT AND FOUND THAT IT WAS DEFECTIVE - WORKED ONLY ON SPEAKERPHONE. ASKED THE COMPANY TO REFUND MY MONEY PLUS THE $10. THEY REFUSED. I APPEALED TO EBAY. EBAY AT FIRST DENIED MY APPEAL BECAUSE THE PHONE WAS ""NOT AS RECEIVED,"" I.E., IT WAS NOW UNLOCKED AS ADVERTISED RATHER THAN LOCKED AS RECEIVED! UNBELIEVABLE! CONTACTED EBAY, RE-EXPLAINED THE SITUATION. EBAY REVERSED THE DENIAL AND GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK. CONTACTED COMPANY TO GET A REPLACEMENT PHONE AND THEY REFUSED: THEY GOT MY MONEY, I GOT A DEFECTIVE PHONE AND EBAY GAVE ME A REFUND. THIS COMPANY FALSELY ADVERTISES THAT THEY INSPECT THEIR PHONES AND FALSELY ADVERTISES THEIR CONDITION. THEY ARE ALSO UNREASONABLE ON REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES. DO NOT PATRONIZE.
