Businiess name:  Nam's Noodle

Review content:
Good food. Fresh ingredients. Delivered on time. The wings appetizer was moist and delicious (didn't look that way from the outside...), and while the pork fried rice was tasty in every other way, the pork was broiled or otherwise rendered bland and unrecognizable - it tasted more like beef. Then again, Nam isn't specifically a Chinese restaurant so it's hard to fault them too hard on a Chinese dish. The fried rice came with the egg on top which was a nice touch visually, but taste wise it would have been better to have mixed it into the rice as is usually done. If the egg were sunny-side up then the yolk would have mixed in beautifully when cutting it, but it was just a solid mass which kept the egg flavor really limited. Having tried most of the asian restaurants in the area Nam is making my regular list probably at #2 - anything I'm in the mood for that Bandung (#1) doesn't serve I'll order from Nam.
