Review content:
We've given the Copy and Print Center a couple of chances to print out various art pieces for our business. Each time we've been disappointed. The customer service is atrocious. The workers are more concerned with their own problems and leaving right when their shift ends than producing high quality prints. This last time not only did our prints come out pixelated, but they lost the flash drive containing the image. And the only response was ""we don't hold on to flash drive."" Their is no admitting a potential mistake, and all of the blame is placed on the customer. They didn't even offer a discount on the prints after losing thousands of dollars worth of work. And on top of that, the employees give you an attitude. Save yourself the aggravation and just go to Kinkos. Especially if Maureen is working. The only thing she's going to help you with is practicing your anger management when she consistently gives you an attitude.
