Review content:
I used this auction company for a large collectible sale. I repeatedly told the owner I did not want to sell my items at garage sale prices, and he assured me my items would sell at a fair market value alongside with the fact that collectibles are not selling at a premium right now. However, he proceeded to NOT list a reserve or high enough minimum to make any profit on my items. He literally bundled multiple items together and sold at a minimum bid of $2. I could have donated my items and recieved more of a ta write-off or sold myself at a garage sale and made more money. I have actually done that before. I recieved pennies on the dollar for my items and will made next to nothing by the time he takes his cut and I pay him the $12 per hour for his ""labor"". Please take my word at face value when you read this and do NOT use this services or you will be devasted as I was. I had multiple conversations about my expectations and he outright did not do what I asked. My fault was not pulling the auction when I still had a chance, before it was too late. But I trusted this guy as he had come recommended to me for someone who used him for an estate sale. He may work out OK for garage sale and household items but for collectibles ..absolutely not. I seriously wonder if this auction was rigged because who in their right mind would bundle multiple items together and be willing to sell for only $2 ..neither of us would have made a profit. Also, the Hallmark collectible auction that was listed before mine went the same way ..multiple items selling for only $2!!!!! I called several ""auction companies"" he is a member of, and he didn't even list my catalog with them. That is pretty telling in itself. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't use this guy ..I would not want this to happen to anyone. It is devasting. I should have gone with my instints; please don't make the same mistake I did.
