I've been using Epic Services, Inc for probably three years. I have an older home that's over 50 years old. It has it's issues, so I've had a lot of different plumbers. Epic is in my neighborhood, which is part of the deal, and I've called them several times.
They've fixed the usual things for me, but one time when I had a plumbing problem, they were totally booked. They were overloaded with work, so they recommended someone else I could call. I used the company they recommended, and it worked out. Another time when I couldn't get ahold of them, I ended up using a national plumbing company. It was a real mess. It was not good, so I called Epic. They came out and fixed the problem.
They're a small company, and whenever they're overloaded they recommend someone else. They've been there for me, even if they're not there on the spot. I've always felt very comfortable talking with Heather, who answers the phone. Their service is always first class. They don't feel like an institution. They're a local company, and they've been very good for me. My plumbing problems are not simple, but they've been able to handle whatever comes.
I've already told other people about them. I like feeling that they will work with me, whatever is going on. I don't get lost in the system. I also find their prices are reasonable, and I am very confident in the work they do. Living in an older home, I know I'm covered with Epic. I have to rely on somebody, and I'm happy that I have them to rely on. I feel really blessed!
