So I went in to their shop yesterday to get an estimate on having the windows tinted on my Escalade EXT and the only person that I saw in the shop acted as though he didn't have the time of day or just didn't care to look at my vehicle to give me a quote, he finally looked at my it after I questioned the first quote as it seemed very high as he didn't completely understand what I wanted tinted due to not looking at my Escalade EXT, guess he didn't get that the EXT is the Cadillac version of the Chevy Avalanche, even after I told him many time's. The quote was still much more than the competition and if they won't spend time with me before they have my $ their sure not going to spend any time after. I have an appointment with Quality Tinting In SLO for this Sat. as they spent the time with me to answer all of my questions and we're very professional.
