I took my 2 year old daughter there for about a year and we were very unimpressed. After my husband got laid off, I couldnt afford to pay $125 a week, plus supply fees, and party fees by myself. So we pulled her out and left with a balance we still owed. I was literally living paycheck to paycheck with nothing to spare and desperately trying to make a payment when i could. At the beginning of the new year i called to ask Randi about the tax form that i need from them to file my taxes. She said she would not give it to me unless i made a payment. i explained to her once again that i am the only income for my family which is why we left and i am making payments when i can. I also told her that i actually have a payment in the mail right now. Randi then said that she hasnt gotten her money in a long time and when they have the forms at the end of january i have to come give her ANOTHER payment at the time i pick up the form, even though i already have a payment in the mail for the month of January. She told me to write her a post dated check and i told her i do not feel comfortable with that.( I work at a bank and post dated checks are actually illegal.) I kept telling her that i need the tax form so that i can pay my balance WITH my tax return. She didn't care. I completely felt bullied and ridiculed despite my communications with Randi regarding my financial circumstances. \r
Besides that, when i was potty training my daughter, she told me they would not start taking her to the bathroom to potty until she was FULLY potty trained at home. This is near impossible for a full time working mother who is not home enough to be consistent. I ended up with a week off work and spent the whole week potty training. After that they maybe took her to the bathroom a few times for the entire rest of the time she was enrolled. My daughter was constantly coming home with other children's diapers on when there were plenty i brought for her from home. It makes me wonder when i had to bring more diapers, how many other children have been using my daughters. The girls that work there are great, but the owner Randi is another story. I have walked in to her yelling at kids and being VERY rude to her employees.
