Rich Landar tuned my near dilapidated turn-of-the-century piano and I can't believe the transformation. A performing musician himself, he understands the importance of a well tuned instrument. Meticulous in his work, he spent a good hour and half working on the strings, interrupting himself only to discuss ways to enhance the tone quality of the piano even more. He not only got the piano sounding great, but has ordered obscure missing parts of the piano for me. A task impossible without him. Completely recommend Rich Landar for all piano servicing.
