Review content:
Largarda is a horrible company that i regret coming to. They have a fuel guy that goes around and takes pic of the security guard if sleep, but will lie and add extra lies. The ceo Jodi is a rude you know what and talks to her employees any kind of way. Only pays 7.40 hourly so she feels like the guards are nobodies. They dock your pay with out telling the guards. At one point of time a guard was working 55 1/2 hours weekly now the guard gets 16 hours weekly almost. Or call when they need extra help. Went from being a full time guard to a floater. Can't even get a set schedule from that company. They are horrible and i will never recommend anyone to work there
